I just wanted to let everyone know that I recently moved to Colorado Springs, CO. But don't worry, I am still planning on doing Spring Sessions the end of April or first week of May in AZ. So, if you are interested let me know so I can plan accordingly! I may do one day of mini sessions if I have enough interest! Also, I will do some sessions in the fall! If anyone has some friends or family in Colorado Springs, that are interested in photos, send them my way!!!

I have so many sessions to post from this fall......I promise I will work on getting them up! Still trying to unpack and get settled while still being a mom to my three little ones! :)

Hey everyone! Sorry it's been awhile since I have updated my blog. Life has been really crazy these last few weeks. There are some exciting changes coming soon to shutterbliss, so check back often! I have decided to do a few posts in the next few days about different products I offer. If you are like me, I like to see things before I buy them, so hopefully this will explain them better, and with pictures!:)

The first product I am going to talk about are CANVAS GALLERY WRAPS! These are my favorite. I wish I had them all over my house....someday! Canvases are a great way to display your photos in both a fun and simple manner. It does not need a frame, and comes ready to hang in your home. They have such a clean look to them. They are available in sizes 11x14 and larger. They are a little bit pricey, but you have to remember you don't have to buy a frame with them, so take that into consideration.

This cute little one belongs to a family that just moved into our neighborhood! We are so excited to get to know them more! Congratulations guys! He is adorable...and I love his red hair....ahhhh!

Mom and him.....so sweet! I am so glad she wanted to take a couple of her in it! With all the work it is to carry, deliver, and take care of these little ones....it's these sweet moments that make it worth it!

And of course....big brother had to jump in at the very end, which was shocking because he was Not at all excited about getting a picture taken with his new brother!

Here is a sneak peek for the P extended family. Before we even started the shoot, one of the grandkids fell into a cactus, and we spent the first 15 minutes picking needles out of her arms and legs. It was so sad. So, needless to say, we went ahead with the pics since they were all there, and some were leaving back out of state the next day. I love the picture of the grandkids....that pretty much sums it up! You may recognize some of the people from past shoots! Thanks P family!

This cute family belongs to my neighbor, friend, and fellow photographer Jen. She had the fabulous idea to go up to Sedona with both our families and take pictures. It was kinda a crazy day, including a bee sting, poopy diaper and no diaper to change it, no naps(fun), and my two year old who did not want to take pictures that day. I've been wanting to do some two year pictures with Rylee for awhile, and since it was a perfect overcast morning the other day, I took her out. Can I just say I love my Rylee Roo.....with all her attitude and spice! She did not want to do ANYTHING I told her too! So, after 15 minutes of fighting with her I was like fine.....do what you want! I just followed her around for the next few minutes as she explored. I have to say, I am so glad she didn't listen to me. I was able to capture her....being her....looking at ants and being distracted by all the cars going by. She is definitely my challenge child, but oh do I love her for it.

Last week I took some pictures for my neighbor and friend Erika, who makes these adorable cupcakes and cakes. She asked me to take a few shots of some she had made for a wedding. Don't you just want to eat one right now? Well, I am telling you.....they are DELICIOUS!!! Not to brag, but we have taste tested a few.....and they are awesome. Dark chocolate and the pumpkin with cream cheese frosting are my favorite. Actually, they're all good. My friend and fellow photographer, Jen, had this beautiful baby girl on August 1st! Congrats to Jen and Bryan. I had the opportunity to babysit this little one when she was just 12 days old, and thought I'd try to take a few newborn shots, but let's just say, Preslee wasn't to keen on my idea! I've never seen a more awake newborn. She was not about to fall asleep the whole couple hours I had her. But, awake or not, she is perfect! The day before, I tried to go to her house and take a few, but she really wasn't in the mood then either, so I took a few of her brother instead! This little boy is friends with my daughter, and we are going to an arranged marriage with the two of them! Just kidding, but we would love that! Thanks Jen for letting me borrow your baby!

This little cutie is another of my dear nieces. I know, I have the cutest nieces in the world! She turns FIVE on friday, so we wanted to get some cute shots of her. Her mom wanted a couple different outfits....which I LOVED! It was so fun to play around with. We headed across the street from my parents house to the corn fields and found a little urban area that turned out to be a great location. Well, besides the dead chicken, ants, broken beer bottles, and the SCARY looking pitbull behind a 3 ft. fence! But, all in all, I think we got some great shots! Thank you Miss T for being for so brave around the ANTS, (wow am I glad there were no little bites!) and for all your beautiful SMILES! Love you!

Ms. K was so fun and easy to work with. This was my first model photo shoot, but Ms. K made it so fun and easy. She turned on beach themed music and really got the models laughing. Alright Folks! Here is a SNEAK PEEK of a shoot I did for an orthodontist in Mesa. They wanted to redecorate some of the pictures in their office, so these are a few unedited photos! They are not the finished product. They will be put in a beach themed background. All of the models are patients or previous patients of Robison Orthodontics. Just wanted to share.....I'll keep you posted and will put the final product up when they are done!!!

OK...........drum roll please.............I finally decided on a name. Who knew that this would be such a hard decision? I mean seriously people! I kept thinking, this name is representing me. It will be with me forever. I want to LOVE it, not just like it. So, thank you to all those that voted, I really appreciate your two cents! So, no more stalling, the name of my buisness will be:

On Friday, we had GREAT weather. Cloudy and overcast, which I had to take full advantage of.So, I asked Taeler if she wanted to have some pictures taken and she said "Yea, I'm really good at that!" Too funny. So I took her to a new place I wanted to try and we got some great shots. Way to many to put on here, but I thought I'd give you a little preview.

My sister in law Karlee asked me to snap a few pictures of Bella in her preschool graduation gown so she could remember this time in her life forever. It turned into a full on photoshoot of course because I couldn't help myself. At first Bella wasn't so excited about it, but once we broke out all the silly things to laugh about, I got so many fun shots! I told Kar to put her in a different outfit too, that way we could get some five yr. old shots! Isn't she adorable? I seriously have the cutest nieces and nephews!

My mom asked me the other day to take a picture of her so she could put a profile picture on facebook. I know, so funny! She wanted the picture taken with my pops too, so when they were here last night I took a couple. My dad is classic, after like two shots, he was like ok, that's enough. Why are so many men like that? So funny! But, I got a few I liked. My mom wanted me to take ten years off, but I think she looks beautiful the way she is. What's wrong with wrinkles? I think they are lovely. They represent maturity and being wise! I love my parents to death and think they are still so adorable together! Love you guys!

This is my little sister Sydney. Yes, she is beautiful! I know! And yes, she is only 17! She went to Prom last Saturday night, and she asked me to do her hair. I happened to not be feeling so well that day, but of course me being the best sister in the world, I said yes. After her hair and make-up were done, I casually told her that I happen to bring my new camera and wanted to take some pics of her. Let's just say she wasn't real thrilled, especially when I told her we were going across the street to the dairy farm to take them! Oh, how I love being the big sister. I can get away with being bossy! So, after 1o minutes of shooting away, we had to go since her date was waiting for her! I tried to get her to have her date meet us at the dairy so I could get some of the two of them, but that was apparently not going to happen. So, here are a few I've edited. Hope you like them!

My first blog, wow! Well, these pictures I took of my little girl Rylee. I was tring to get some natural light on her by opening the front door, and I love how they turned out. They are all in black and white because I used them for a project I was doing for my photography class! Rylee has to be one of the hardest kids to photograph, so it's good practice for me!
